Beginner Class Cost: $175.00
The beginner class is 2, 3 hour day classes, we will teach you all the skills required to properly use the tools and materials needed to make your very own stained glass window hanging. You will have the opportunity to try all the tools needed to work in glass before you buy, ensuring you purchase the right tools for you.
The purpose of this course is to give you a “taste” of stained glass, to see if it is something you want to learn, and invest in. The window you will create will be beautiful, but simple, as we only have so much time.
You will have the basic knowledge (But not the tools & supplies) to continue on making wonderful stained glass in the copper foil method. The tools needed to continue will be explained to those who are interested.
The class cost does not include the sheet glass required to make your window hanging. The approximate glass cost for one window hanging will be $50-$100 depending on the glass you select.
Refresher Window Course $175.00
Whether you’re aiming to enhance your skills or simply need a quick refresher, this workshop is perfect for you! If you’ve got your tools and supplies ready and completed a course in the past, but it’s been a while since you worked with glass, this is a great opportunity to dive back in.
Join us for a 2-day workshop, each session lasting 3 hours, where you’ll create a sun catcher to help you brush up on your techniques. We’ll cover essential skills like glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, cleaning, and applying patinas.
Feel free to bring your own materials or use mine—whatever suits you best. You’ll have a selection of patterns to choose from, ensuring everyone can complete their project on time. The finished piece will be approximately 8″ in diameter.
